This portal enables academic staff members of LASU to supply their details, generate and print the approved standard curriculum vitae. Staff can also complete the Annual Performance Evaluation Report Assesment (APER) Form on this platform..

How to use:
Every Staff is expected to register as a new user for the first time. You will be required to complete your profile and also create a username and password for subsequent access to the portal.

Getting Started:
Complete the registration form and choose a username and password. Then you will be sent an email for authentication purpose. Check your email and follow the instruction.

After the authentication, you will be able to login to you account and complete the CV and APER forms

APER Electronic Form

This portal allows staff members of LASU to complete all the information required in the annual performance evaluation form electronically. Once the APER form is completed and submitted by the staff, The soft copy is made available in pdf format and can be downloaded and saved. The hard copy of the form is also made available and can be printed at will.
