Oladimeji Abiodun Ashade holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Durban, South Africa. His research interest revolves around public and private sector personnel management, public policy and participatory governance. He has a flair for social research and have initiated programmes of academic relevance that meets societal needs, improve policy outcomes and promote participatory governance. He has published articles in the aforementioned areas in reputable local and international journals. Dr Ashade is a member of many professional bodies including Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration and Local Government Administration of Nigeria. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Local Government Administration and Development Studies, Lagos State University.
